Literally, 'one leg' after the most obvious attribute of the man who ran it, this extermination camp a little way outside Phnom Penh is where over 17,000 people were brought from S-21 to be killed between 1975 and 1978. They were usually killed by 'natural' means in order not to waste valuable bullets.
